My journey started at a young age, around 4 years old. My mother would ask me who I was chatting with in my room and my response would usually be something like, “Oh just a man sitting on my bed.” Throughout the years I noticed that I would see and hear things that other people did not. I would quickly answer people before the questions were even asked, or answer things with such certainty, that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from! My friends and family learned quickly that if something comes out of the blue, to make note of it.
I remember, when I was young, I was at my grandmothers house and there was some Queen Anne’s lace growing by her mailbox. I looked at her said “Oh look! Uncle Nathan says hi!” Oh, the look my grandmother gave me was that of a “how the heck does she know that?!” look. You see, my Great Uncle Nathan lived in Georgia and passed long before I was around. This was the flower he would pick and give to my great aunt as a symbol of “I was thinking of you today.” About that time, I realized I should keep these things to myself.
In high school and college, I started doing tarot card and angel card readings for my friends, and was just as surprised as they were at the outcome sometimes. I always had an interest in psychic and mediumship abilities. I went to various fairs and read as much of it as I could get my hands on. A few years ago, I went to a psychic studies class just to see what it was all about. While I was getting ready to practice with someone, my teacher came around and had started asking me questions about the woman’s mother who I was getting ready to practice on. I started rambling about how she passed, where she stands around her and what her favorite flower was. My teacher looked at me and said, “You, my dear, are a medium.” With a shocked look on my face, I looked at her, laughed and said, “Wait, what did you just say?”.
From there, the journey started. I started really paying attention to things and doing little readings here and there for people and eventually, the word of mouth started and I found myself scheduling readings more and more. In 2015, I attended Arthur Findlay College in England and worked with some of the best teachers who really helped me work with my gift.
I am truly blessed to have this gift to help others with their healing and grieving process. I am truly grateful for my connection to spirit working with me every day. I am also thankful for all my family and friends that have supported me along the way. I would love to connect with you and help you find closure with a loved ones passing or for some extra insight on current situations or concerns you may have!
